'We're so glad we took her in': From surviving outside in rough shape to living safely indoors, this cat made a full turnaround and found her furever home

From outdoor stray to total house cat in no time.

Bea's update is such a good one. She went from being outside and struggling to fully settling into life indoors, and now she just fits. She's figured out the rhythm of the house, gets along with her two older sisters, and knows when it's playtime and when it's not. Most of her "outside time" is just watching through the window, and she seems completely content with that.

Her health has come a long way too. Nearly doubling her weight since October says everything about how much better she's doing. She's not just getting by anymore, she's clearly thriving and feeling good.

The biggest change might be her fur. It went from rough and sparse to thick, soft, and fully fluffy. Now she needs regular brushing and even needed a trim, which is kind of wild considering where she started. She's also picked up on all the good house habits, like finding the warm spots and claiming her space on the cat tree.

It's hard to imagine her back outside now, especially with how harsh the winters get. Taking her in made a huge difference. She's safe, comfortable, and exactly where she's meant to be.

Taking her in really made all the difference. You can see it in everything, from how she acts to how she looks now. She is so fluffy now it’s honestly hard to believe it’s the same cat. That coat completely filled in, and now it’s all thick, soft, and looks so healthy. You can tell she’s been well taken care of just from how much her fur changed. From rough and sparse to full-on fluff, it’s such a glow-up. She went from scrappy to seriously soft, and it suits her perfectly.
